My name’s Eric, and I was born in December 1984. I’ve been working in the construction industry since 1999, but really, it runs in my blood. I’m a proud seventh-generation Floridian, born and raised right here. My family and I are rooted in this community, and we’re here to stay as part of the Ormond Beach story.

When I’m not working with my hands, I love to travel and hit the road—this world is full of beauty, and I believe in exploring it, learning from it, and rising to new challenges along the way.

I genuinely love what I do. There’s something special about taking something worn down and bringing it back to life—not just making it new, but making it feel right. That final touch, that finished look—it never gets old.

Most mornings, you’ll find me up early watching the sunrise over Ormond by the Sea. It's a peaceful reminder of how good life is. At home, we’ve got a lively bunch: three cats, one pup, and a few fish—all with their own little personalities and stories. Our family isn’t perfect, but we make time to sit down for dinner every night and talk about the adventures of the day.

Sometimes, all it takes is a moment to look around and realize—life is pretty amazing just as it is. God is great, and I’m thankful for every step of the journey.
